Metal Forms Private Limited (MFPL) was established in 1965 by Mr. K.G. Govindarajulu with a vision to build engineering excellence in tool design and development in South India. Over three generations, MFPL has grown into a trusted manufacturer and exporter of stamped and machined components, with a strong presence in the U.S., Southeast Asia, and Africa. We also design and supply our proprietary brand of industrial conveyor chains under the name Indrive, and manufacture windmill braking systems through a joint venture with Trebu Technology B.V. (Netherlands).

We leverage advanced fabrication, machining, and tooling capabilities to produce high-quality components with precision and efficiency. Stamping & Fabrication

A full fledged tool room with design and development capability, coupled with an extensive stamping and fabrication setup, enables supply of sheet metal (MS, SS, AL) parts to leading OEMs in the Commercial Vehicle, Railways, Wind Energy, Solar and Earth Moving Equipment industries.

Machine Shop & Foundry

A strategic partnership with a world-class foundry - Akila Castings, and a state-of-art in-house machining facility allows us to supply high quality machined castings (100 kg to 30 tons) for domestic and international OEM customers in the Railways, Oil & Gas, Wind Energy, and Earth Moving Equipment industries.
